Our Biltong is made from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef cattle, using only premium quality meat.Btchers hand cut the meat and spice with our secret family recipe. It’s then finely cut into sticks and slow dried for 5/6 days, to produce tender Lekker tasting biltong. Biltong is not only a tasty snack but it’s packed full of health benefits so you can feel a little less guilty when you are tucking into your favourite snack. It is full of protein and has little fat content so is the perfect choice if you’re on a low carb diet or looking for your protein fix after a gym workout.
