This is Panzer’s world famous Scottish smoked salmon which has been hand-sliced on site since 1944.
Our salmon is ideal from breakfast to brunch and lunch to dinner, try it in a bagel, with scrambled eggs, in your pasta dishes or with our white asparagus and hollandaise sauce.
There are multiple ways to serve it, but typically it goes well with lemon, crème frâiche and with light herbs like basil or dill.
I popped in after hearing rumours that their smoked salmon was On Another Level… and I can report that the rumours were absolutely true.
